Brand developed for Verônica is a biologist, master in ecology (UFJF) and PhD in food sciences (UFMG and University of Porto). She is a Q-Grader and conducts courses on sensory analysis of speciaty coffees and coffee chemistry. In her PhD, she studied the construction of statistical models in predicting the quality of specialty coffees, classified according to the SCA protocol. She’s been carrying on investigating this topic as a postdoctoral resercher as UFMG.
This brand aims to be technical and precise, as well as referencing the contour lines of a coffee plantation. Its repetitive system creates a powerful texture to be used in communication.
